I am not your normal older man, excellent personality and sense of humor. I am more of a refined country boy. I am a casual guy, but always look neat and very much take care of myself through exercise and a reasonable healthy lifestyle. I like the outdoors, enjoy football, do some golfing, used to be a 2 handicap in my younger days. I really enjoy music and dancing, pretty good dancer too. I enjoy both the beach and the mountains. I like to have a balance of doing things, going places and just plain chilling out. I am a very affectionate man, desire it and very much provide it. I am not materialistic and have no interest in someone who is. I look for consistency in behavior, someone who takes care of herself, does not overdue the makeup, dresses in today's world. Someone who likes to dance, enjoys socializing one on one or with old and new friends. Enjoys the outdoors. One who may not like some of my interests, but does not judge me because I like them. I also like someone who is different in some way so I can experience new things and hopefully give her new experiences.

First dates for me are ones that are very informal, lunch, maybe the coffee, after work for a drink. I do not believe formal first dates are a positive venture.
