I am open to solid friendship first, and am ultimately seeking an exclusive longterm relationship with a girl (single/never married) to whom I can say:

Being in the presence of someone I like (if she has the same feelings for me) is very satisfying. The important part for me is the girl I am with, and the love we have for each other, not necessarily the things we do (no need for artificial distractions when true love is present.)

I don't require much to "have fun". If there is someone I like (and she returns the same feelings for me) that is fun enough for me.

I nonetheless like activities like hiking, going to the beach, camping, local drives....just fun simple stuff.

I also have a interest in spirituality.

I workout often and have a healthy lifestyle.

I have never done drugs and never drink and am not into clubs or partying.

I am seeking healthy friendship, and ultimately I am hoping to find a girlfriend.

I am not marriage minded at this point in time since changes are coming and the future is uncertain. So why risk bringing children into the world when there may not be a nice future ahead for them?

I am only interested in meeting someone from my area (Santa Cruz and vicinity) who has never been married.

It will be nice if we can spend a few times a week together (or at least weekends) getting to know one another.

In person is a better way to get a feel for who someone is rather than through writing or photos.

Then, once we get to know one another, we can plan other local outings such a trip to Henry Cowell, maybe ride the train from Felton to Santa Cruz, go on local hikes.

And then eventually maybe drive to Big Sur. How about Tahoe or Yosemite...
