Oh the dreaded "tell us about you" section! I rather give this some thought than just write your typical,unoriginal "like to have fun" and "likes all kinds of music"...wait that is me...I guess I am typical and unoriginal :(...UPDATE: just a few of my favorite things... black cherry ice cream, Steelers, Aikido, Dennis Miller, Diane lane, ladies in baseball caps, Baja Fresh, anything lemon flavored, "24", The Last Samurai, Audioslave, George Strait, Tim Mcgraw,Lenny Kravitz. UPDATE 1/03/09.... Things on my "to do" list this year...learn to cook, learn Japanese, take a cruise, learn ballroom dancing, hike Half Dome, get a dog( leaning towards a Beagle), see a Steeler game at Heinz Field,volunteer more of my time,and last but not least..find "Her". UPDATE: Have been asked what is romantic to me.... "The Last of The Mohican " with Daniel Day Lewis, "The Quiet Man" with John Wayne....little notes in unexpected places..just because, a soft touch at the right time, a look that speaks volumes from across a crowded room, a scent that brings her back into your arms.......I think you get the picture. UPDATE 2/24/09... Looking for an intelligent, sexy, blue jean, flip flop wearing, movie loving, God fearing, sports loving, adventure seeking, children loving,long legged, soul searching Steeler/Laker fan who loves UFC! How's that? UPDATE: 3/13/09..Apparently some of you are actually reading these updates, so here is yet another...I had worked for UPS for 13 yrs, worked as a key grip in the movie industry for about 6 yrs....marinate in that for awhile..lol.... FYI: If I send you a message(meaning I am interested in you) and get no response, then I will move on...If you send me a message and I don't respond, I don't think we are a good match. And most importantly listen to Dennis Prager for one week ( afternoons on krla 870am in Los Angeles or podcast like I do)... or read his book "Happiness is a Serious Problem".....many of my values are mirrored there. :)

FYI: Believe it or not ( you better sit down for this), I actually read the profiles here. Yes, an attractive smile and catchy headline will get my attention, but if your profile says you prefer ages 21 to 36 , prefers men over 5'11', does not want children or must be within 75 miles... sorry but I won't be contacting you :(

UPDATE: I get asked often about my rank in Aikido( Japanese martial art) I am a brown belt( working on my black belt)....I choose to wear my white belt until then. When I achieve my Black belt, then I become a serious student and the true journey only begins!

There is a HUGE difference between a first date and first meeting. What we do on a first date would be based on a few conversations...past first dates have included...Catalina island, paintballing, amusement parks, day trips to San Diego, Palm Springs,Santa Barbara, Santa Anita..etc. I like to do things that are fun and afford us time to talk.
