Whoo hoo! Go Big Red!!
I'm really,really busy these days and anxiously engaged in a productive life coaching in family history and computer use, brushing up on Spanish and French and writing a couple of books. Other than that, I don't do much (right). If we hit it off, I'll MAKE time for you. But you'll sure have to make it clear you see something specific in my profile worth pursuing because I don't have time for a lot of goofing off anymore. But at the same time,I need a break!!
YOU: Like puttering around the house and yard, hunting, fishing and guns or at least value them. You probably do not live in California. No spa, world traveler, "gotta see the latest movie" or wine or whine types please. I'm not interested in those things and we'd not have enough in common if those are important to you. No sense in trying to convert the other at this stage in life. Not into looking for the next big adventure to bring excitement into my life. Been there, done that, and found myself long ago. But I do like to explore quietly and with curiosity of a 3 year old. I'd like to travel the country in an RV, really exploring places we go--fulltiming it for a few years even, as long as I have my computer, writing supplies, and high speed internet. Meanwhile I like my vegetable garden, canning, making bread, and making a home even though right now it's just for me. I miss sharing the ordinary things of life.
Please don't be offended if I do not immediately give you a private address on which to contact me or if I don't give you my phone number right away. I prefer to use POF for a while as we get to know one another. IN terms of men, I'm not looking for younger men (we'd have to see on that one), casual acquaintances etc. I've met some great folks on here and I value them (hats off to TB, SS, DN and MB for sure--love you all!). Always room for more friends.
OH btw the chemistry thing on this site is broken! It is so far off as to who I am. If you have a tractor, extra points. If you're a teacher, lotsa points; If you're a teacher who has a farm, the sky's the limit! If you like Michener, Ayn Rand or have ever read a screwy little book called Earth Abides, more points yet. Southern gentlemen rock.
