I am a 45 year old man who has been seperated from his wife for a year and a half. Im looking for friendship and possible romance but im a a bit rusty at the old dating thing!!! Im quite a quiet guy but romantic at the same time. I enjoy company and am up for a laugh. In summer i like going long walks and taking in the scenery(quest to keeping fit)and in winter i like cosy nights in in front of tv with a good movie. I like to get out now and then for a few beers and some banter too. I have 2 grandchildren youngest age 3 so i like spending alot of time with them and they keep me on my toes. I enjoy listening to a wide range of music from 80's upward. I like going to see live bands although not been in a while. ( so im open to offers:) ). I work for the council as a gardener which i quite enjoy. Worked in Rolls Royce for years but unfortunately got made redundant which was a bummer as it was a good job.

For a first date I would enjoy mostly anything to be honest. Nothing to loud or mental. Ideally would be nice to meet up for a drink and a chat or perhaps a spot of lunch or dinner where we could get to know each other and see if we have anything in common.
