I work hard for my living; I have a MA in Marketing and currently do bus/dev and sales for a high-end construction mananagement software company ... I also play hard in that by night I'm a professional musician. Bass player by trade, song-writer by vocation.

I was born and raised Jewish; I have a very strong belief in G-d, however, I am not an 'observant' Jew ... I'm more spiritual than religous, however, I am very proud of my heritage.

Which leads us to me answering the POF questions:

My other favorite hobby is hanging out with my two teen boys and grown daughter.

As far as hopes and aspirations go: I hope to leave the world a better place for my being here. At this point, my children are the best path for this to happen, however, my aspirtation is to have my musical voice heard during my lifetime and to positively impact those around through my music, my acts of kindness and my being a Man in the fullest sense of the word.

A unique facet to me is this: When I recently re-read this Jack Kerouac quote, I realized it sums me up in a lot of ways ...

"The only people for me are the mad ones, the ones who are mad to live, mad to talk, mad to be saved, desirous of everything at the same time, the ones who never yawn or say a commonplace thing, but burn, burn, burn, like fabulous yellow roman candles exploding like spiders across the stars and in the middle you see the blue centerlight pop and everybody goes "Awww!”" ... Jack Kerouac.

I'm one of those 'mad' ones ... 50 years strong and rollin' ...

Now there's one more important thing to share: I'm drawn to feminine women. I've learned a strong, feminine Woman balances the Man in me ... and I like it! I'm also very interested in Tantra and "other" types of play, as it were.

Also, I just read this great definition of Hopeless Romantic and wanted to share:

A hopeless romantic is not the same as a hopeless flirter. A hopeless romantic dreams of who they will spend the rest of their life with and what the two of them will do together. They want to be romanced with sweet simple things and the thoughtful amazing surprises. They dream of being loved but also loving somebody. They don't just want somebody to hold them. they also want to hold someone. They realize that love isn't just about one person but both people. they are hopelessly in love with being loved and loving back.

We'll figure this out when we speak. Having the ability to talk and share is the most important thing about a first date, don't you agree? After all, when the Chemistry is there, everything falls into place.

One thing I will say about "dates" in general (whether it's the first or nth + 1) ... I LOVE dates .. the excitement of planning it (I've been pretty creative in my day), the anticipation as the date gets closer and then the sheer 'giddy-ness' which accompanies the actual date ... especially when it all goes Perfect!

LADIES ... PLEASE READ THIS, IT'S IMPORTANT:

I smoke medical marijuna to manage chronic pain which is the result of a bicycle accident I was in about 16 years ago. It was not a good moment in time and the accident has left me with permanent physical limitations, although, you'd never know it to look at me ... so ...

My Ms. Right probably should be a smoker too ... tobacco is fine. I figure this is the simplist way to mitigate any 'smoke' related issues. Besides, I think a sexy smoker is erotic and seductive.
