My screen name is from a movie, and you get bonus points if you know which one... but it isn't referring to me in any way... just a reflection of my humor (I had just watched said movie when I filled this profile in) and I am working on the look that will be unveiled when it is ready... it is nowhere near ready yet. Ok, quick description. Perhaps if I say what I am searching for it would accomplish two goals... one, the obvious, and two, will inform what I am bringing to the table without sounded pompous and full of myself, which is not the case. I long to find someone who is romantic, sensual, witty, intelligent, fun, easy going, into health and fitness, sexy, loves life and enjoying all that it can offer, honest, candid, transparent, deep, communicative, open, not pretentious but real and not materialistic, hate high maintenance, but love femininity... no, I am NOT bringing that to the table, but how about some masculinity without the macho and ego? Deal?Let's see, where was I.... Spontaneous, adventurous, athletic (semi-optional, but I am), kind, generous, genuine, trustworthy, a good and faithful friend, good conversationalist, willing to talk problems out without running and hiding.... so much more, I am sure... but do you really want to be reading this much?

For fun I like to watch movies (clearly) and quote the great lines, read books, recreational activities like biking or blading or skiing or jet skiing or snow mobiling or.... Dining out, live music, theater, shows, plays, musicals, bands, dancing (yes, the white boy CAN dance :), anything water related, the beach, travel, B&B's, summer activities, volleyball, racquetball, softball, sushi, sake bombs, poker, home games with the boys (girls are always welcome :), the gym, just any activity basically and anything enjoyable or entertaining. Care to join me?(oh, one more thing I totally love... ellipses... lol)To all those who serve and protect this great country,Thanks for keeping our shores safe

(added on 11.20.08)Ok, simply HAD to share this joke, tis hilarious!!!

A store that sells new husbands has opened in New York City where awoman may go to choose a husband. Among the instructions at theentrance is a description of how the store operates .You may visit this store ONLY ONCE! There are six floors and the valueof the products increase as the shopper ascends the flights. Theshopper may choose any item from a particular floor or may choose to goup to the next floor, but you cannot go back down except to exit thebuilding! So, a woman goes to the Husband Store to find a husband. On the firstfloor the sign on the door reads:Floor 1 - These men Have Jobs. She is intrigued, but continues to the second floor, where the signreads:Floor 2 - These men Have Jobs and Love Kids.'That's nice,' she thinks, 'but I want more.'So she continues upward. The third floor sign reads:Floor 3 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, and are Extremely GoodLooking.'Wow,' she thinks, but feels compelled to keep going. She goes to the fourth floor and the sign reads:Floor 4 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Good Lookingand Help With Housework.'Oh, mercy me!' she exclaims, 'I can hardly stand it!'Still, she goes to the fifth floor and the sign reads:Floor 5 - These men Have Jobs, Love Kids, are Drop-dead Gorgeous, Helpwith Housework, and Have a Strong Romantic Streak. She is so tempted to stay, but she goes to the sixth floor, where thesign reads:Floor 6 - You are visitor 31,456,012 to this floor There are no men onthis floor. This floor exists solely as proof that women are impossibleto please. Thank you for shopping at the Husband Store.PLEASE NOTE:To avoid gender bias charges, the store's owner opened a New Wivesstore just across the street. The first floor has wives that love sex.The second floor has wives that love sex and have money and like beer. The third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors have never been visited.
It really depends upon what our interaction is like prior to our first meeting. I think the key is something casual and relaxed, like a coffee house (please, let's do something more creative than the Bux :) or even a smoothie, or if it is natural and agreed upon, a glass of wine. Something where good conversation and laughter and the sharing of ideas and goals and dreams will flow easily and naturally and perhaps chemically (lol... as in, with chemistry) is ideal. Such a situation leaves options... do we continue with sushi happy hour cause things are going well and we want to know more? Or do we need an easy out when things aren't clicking, so as to not hurt the other's heart... dating is a delicate balance, the more we can do to put people at ease and make them comfortable, confident, and radiate themselves, the better.
More importantly though... I want to hear YOUR ideas for a first meeting!
