I live in a small town in ND and work for John Deere as a service tech. I enjoy my job because it is never the same everyday. Things on a farm are always breaking, coming apart, or occasionally on fire. I love the challenges I face everyday trying to get things back together and working. I love crisis and the thing that come with getting it all back on its wheels. I had pretty much the same job during my 8 years in the Army. In my spare time I spend alot of time working with old Ford trucks, trail riding dirt bikes, and horses. I have a 75 F250 Highboy and a XR650L, both of which are kind of money pits, but I appreciate older machines, their simplicity, and the work that comes with keeping them going. Something about being out on your own and working through the challenges that arise appeal to me. My family is in the process of switching over from a dairy operation to a beef cattle feedlot. A whole new host of problems and situations that need instant resolution. Moving on my feet and thinking quick are kind of a rush. I tend to be overprepared and cautious, but when the gate drops I am all business. There is a thrill that comes with doing you homework to the point that no emergency is too big. I listen to a huge variety of music. I am a fan of newer rock and older country, mainly the early 90's. I work hard and play harder. I spend my vacations trail riding in the badlands of western ND and riding dirt bikes pretty much anywhere it isn't illegal. I need a woman who knows who she is and can keep up. The chute holding back your life only opens once, so ride it like hell and don't regret anything.
