I am a writer...I don't always get to act like a writer...meaning... I don't always find time to write. But I do look at the world like a writer. I take great pleasure in the complexity of life and relationships. I love the incongruities and synchronicities that make up our daily lives.
I love a good discussion about life, religion, politics, morality, relationships...I value opposing views. I am not afraid to be wrong, nor do I gloat when I am right.
I am told by my friends that I am funny, smart and fun to be with. I have been told that I am attractive...I try to look my best at all times, but I am not obsessed with my appearance. If you came by my house on any given Tuesday, I could be elbow deep in the garden with dirt smudges from head to toe, or dressed to the nines for a day in the city.
The person I would like to spend time with is one who would enjoy being made to feel special while he was doing the same for me. I am not opposed to having doors opened for me, or chairs pulled out...but I am quite capable of doing just about anything I need to do for myself. My ideal companion would love to read and talk about books and writing. He would have to enjoy going out to hear live music, but not be a club hopper...
I am a huge sports fan, and love to watch games both in person and on the TV. I can get a bit loud while doing this...I love watching golf..I know...but I do.
I am most happy when I am feeding people delicious meals I made myself...I love the way a table looks when it is set for a 5 course meal...I love to look at the sky at night...I love the beach and the woods...I love Shakespeare.

Since I work alot and am also currently working on my Master's degree at night...whatever we did, it would have to be quick...seriously though, a great first meeting is over a drink or coffee where we could talk and find out if there is an attraction.
