I'm 31, and I live in the Miami area. I'm looking for someone to spend time with, and possibly have a relationship with. I like to travel, watch movies, read, write short stories, radio control cars, and anything that's fun basically.

I don't have any kids, and I'd prefer that my companion not have any kids either. I love kids, and I want children of my own someday but I'm not interested in immersing myself into a complicated situation where an ex-husband or ex-b/f is hanging around all the time. I don't mind if a female companion has children so long as the father is no long involved.

I've seen a lot of racists, and women who think they're too good for most men on this website. I've seen a lot in my life, and I have to say that if you think you're too good for me... then you should look in the mirror, and realize that I'm probably too good for you...

For a first date, I'd like to have dinner and have a nice long conversation. Depending upon how the conversation goes, then we could do anything from going out to a club to driving down to key west.

When I take a woman on a date, I'm not going to buy you the world on a first date. I don't know you, and I'm not going to open my wallet as if like you're my wife. That's not going to happen, and men who do that on first dates are fools. I've encountered women say they're too good to go to Dennys... I love Cheesecake, PF changs, Red Lobster, Tony Romas, Applebees... and whatever floats your boat, but its definitely not in my best interest to spend $50 bucks on dinner, $30 bucks at the movies, and whatever else to exceed over a $100 bucks for someone who may not even like me. I figure that if a woman likes me, then she'll enjoy my company no matter where we go. I don't know. I've encountered a lot of women who want a free ride...
