They say I am easy on the eyes (but that of course assumes that the eyes are closed or one is just peeking). "They" of course have a lot of other things to say about me but not knowing any one of you why ruin a good thing this early on. I am just a guy, looking for a lady that would want to meet a guy like me. It just that simple. I care about my weight (hold on! not that I need to.) but also care about people. I love music and the sound of water. I am one of the good guys who just doesn't get enough air time. Hope you're paying attention.

First, I would call the young lady to see if she would actually consider going out. Second, I would show up ( I find that makes for a good start to what may be a great date; it shows that you are serious and can make some commitment). Third, I would have listened to what she may like to do, hold back the urge to do something else and surprise her with the fact that I actually listened. But most importantly, what I would do on the first date is hope that we shared that wonderful feeling of butterflies in the belly that makes us tremble with anticipation that we may see each other again. Of course, for me, I would seek to defy the more than one day rule and call her when I darn well felt like it.
