I'm fairly newly divorced and ready to get back out into the real world. My child has always been top priority but would like to have some fun myself now. I volunteer with a local animal group and that takes up a lot of my time. I'm also active in my church so would like to find someone who shares that interest. I am able to support myself and child, but just miss having male companionship. I will say I've enjoyed the friendships I've made on this site so that's been a positive thing. To be honest, I just don't go anywhere to meet people so thought I'd try this.

I think on our first date, I'd like to meet for a quiet dinner over a glass of wine just to get to know each other. I enjoy staying home and cooking since I stay on the run during the week so that's always OK too.
