I am a rare combination of the classic 1950's housewife and post 70's feminist. True. I am very domestic, as I am nurturing and family oriented by nature. I am the working woman that runs home to have the scotch and slippers ready for my husband. Sort of kidding --but not really...and I have a successful business life. I love romance--and I don't mean in any extravagant way --just apprecate the simplicity in things that bring joy. I am ambitious, confident and secure (for the most part). I am looking for a man who is comfortable in his own skin, has a great sense of humor, is successful, kind and compassionate,aware of what is going on in the world...and of course wants to add to his family or start one. Most people describe me as smart, funny and sexy. (Feel strange saying this here...) I am attraced to men that are "great guys" and that are strong and will fight for what they believe in. I am generally attracted to curious and intelligent people. I have a great group of friends and I am very close with my family. I have had great loves in my life and would love to connect with someone in that way again.

I love first dates as they are always an adventure--and full of possibilities. Love second dates even more becasue they have the added benefit that I actually WANT to see the person again! . I think going for a drink or a coffee, something easy is a good first date.
