"pretend" daters please pass me by! You know the ones i mean...always on, but dont really want to date lol.

Im NOT a player, messer, two timer, cheat, liar, or anything else like that. Im just your average guy looking to find happiness with someone like minded.

I love my holidays, northern soul nights, weekends away, live footbal matches, restaurants, cinema, theatre, pubs, countryside, bowling, dvd's, walks on the beach, cooking, and anything else that gets me out and about. I haven't just written the above for show, I actually do all of them on a regular basis (theatre only once a year maybe).

I'm totally romantic, trustworthy, reliable, and if I'm seeing someone, I'm faithful to the end. I always have my phone on, and never go on the missing list.

I own my own home, have a reasonable car, and a good job, but like us all on here, I want someone to fill in the missing pieces, and me to fill theirs. Lets be honest, we all function better in couples.

Everything works two ways and I'm no different from anyone else with those thoughts. I will treat someone very well, but i expect the same in return. I've got a big heart, and yes, I too have been put through the "love blender" in my time, but i've no hang ups, ex girlfriend issues, or regrets, and I'm ready to start seeing someone again.

Looks aren't the top of my priority list, but as this is a see before you meet site, its difficult not to initially go off someones profie picture. Shallow I know, but that's how it seems to be on here. Well, my picture was taken when i was full of cold, but the way i figure it is, i'd rather be better looking in real life than have someone turn up and be dissapointed...which they wont may I add. I just hope I meet someone with a real picture, not one from a magazine or from 10 years ago!

Well, thats me done thank god. It's not easy talking about yourself without either looking like your bragging, or making a total plonker out of yourself. I hope I've done neither and you see me as someone you would like to have a coffee with, and see how it goes?

I think a cafe or similar at first. That way, if one or both of us is unhappy, we've only commited ourselves to half an hour or so. If we're both happy, we can always stay longer, and even suggest a second date cant we?
