I am a pretty open minded person who enjoys the small things in life that are so often taken for granted. I have a slightly superstitious side that always seems to be coincidental. I love laughing and being around any company that can be open minded as well. I do have a particular admiration towards "hero" fellas.. guys in uniform (cops especially)
I hate to sound abrasive but I get a lot of emails on these sites. And not that I am not flattered but I myself have a very intuitive and almost sarcastic yet fun and warm personality so I do tend to be a hard one to impress.. especially with words. Best way to initiate me is by email on here... I already can't keep up with the instant messages. Also.. most important.. for real.. A message is an initial impression so please try your best to make it grammatically correct. I know some of you get so excited .. lol you forget how to spell.. or use the correct form... I am by far no English teacher, but I at least like to know you are literate on at least an elementary level.
Lastly- These sites can be bitter sweet. I am not looking to serial date. In fact... it is what I am strictly opposed to. If you are too anxious to meet or want to give me your number after one email, all I am thinking is that I am not the 1st and it is pretty common that it is done. The apt ones aren't stupid, so when you think you are wowing someone with that long detailed email.. and it seems general.. of course I am figuring it has been copied and pasted to a lot of others.
Right now I am in a boat where I am open to the idea of "happily ever after" but shooting more for laughing, watching movies, cookouts, basically a good friend that could become more.. or at least always be a friend. Oh and those assessments that they have and have results available for people to view on profiles are actually very accurate and interesting.. so read them. It puts a better prospective on things.

I don't think there is one in particular way to go about any first date. Depending on the person... and what the interests in common are.. essentially, I think it is the conversation and laughing that counts most. As long as neither is looking at their watch throughout the time being.. it is a good thing.
