I'm a volunteer firefighter and an EMT in Burlington. I am also a diver for the fire dept. I have a great sense of humor and I'm in a great mood 95% of the time, which I guess could be annoying. LOL I've been divorced for 3 years. I have a 10 yr old son that I have 50% of the time. Overall I'm a good person that gets along with everyone. I think women should be treated with respect, the way my father taught me and the same way I teach my son to treat them. Too many men treat women like crap. That's not how I was brought up. I just thought I'd give this a try and see who is out there. The more people you meet the more likely you find someone who is a good match.

I put down LONG TERM but everything starts with DATING. I would think you'd want DATING/LONG TERM as an option. Does that make sense to anyone. So I end up switching back and forth.

It's not required to have a picture to message me but why would you go through all the trouble of making a profile and leave out the picture. Makes very little sense to me.

The first date would be something simple like dinner. That way you can talk to each other and find out who's who. If things are going well you can always add on and do something after dinner. If you go to a movie or show of some kind you come out of it knowing nothing about the person you are with.
