Walking, hiking, climbing, Biking, fishing, haven't done cross country skiing for a long time, I have my own two piece slate pool table, outdoor activities, sports, car racing (Bandimere & Colo Nat. Speedway), volleyball, softball, basketball, Rockies, Broncos, Nuggets, travel, movies, History channel and classic cars (I went to seven shows in 2007), Discovery Channel. I am not necessarily someone who has to be out all the time, I mean constant activity. I have construction background, auto mechanics, carpentry, I love yard work and home improvement never ends so I always have things to do but I do enjoy movies, but except for previously mentioned programs, I don't watch much regular TV programs. I was taught to cook when growing up although I won't say I'm a chef but I follow instructions well. I did our entire Thanksgiving dinner last year with all the fixings, including pecan pie. I have gone to the theater, Denver Symphony, small & large concerts at DCPA, I have been to the Comedy Works and would love to go more, I love being out but I also love the simple things. I used to train people in survival in our wonderful mountains and did miles of backpacking. I love real music and I don't want to be overly critical of what others appreciate but I was taught to sing early and have an appreciation for a variety of music from classical to classic rock, even real oldies, do you know what I mean. I like to go to events like the local Festivals (Irish, Dutch, Cherry Blossom, etc.)I do have a sense of humor so comedies both old and new are good exc not too many sitcoms. More to add later...

I would like to go out to dinner and/or to a place where it's not so noisy so you can have a long conversation, I really like that or meeting for a drink or cup of coffee is great too. I'm flexible for the first time meeting, I want and need a lady to feel safe and comfortable.
