I moved to Colorado just under two years ago and am looking for a nice, down to earth, fun-loving, sometimes quirky woman with a good sense of humor; someone who is good for up for an outdoor adventure, a night out on the town, a movie on the couch, or hanging out with friends.
A bit about me: I found a new love for snowboarding (despite my 2nd time out looking like a bloopers reel from x-games). I work in contracts & IT and haven't gotten to see as much of Colorado as I'd like, so I'm up for an adventure if you're game. I like comedy & action movies, reading a good book when I have a chance, taking a hike up in the foothills, snowboarding, billiards & darts. I'm as comfortable watching movie on the couch as I am for going out for the night on the town or spending the day outside playing around {just not basketball; I really suck at it :)}. I moved out here from Michigan to help out family and for job offer. Family comes first. I have a job I really like, so between work & family, I'v found a state I love and a place to call home (I've road-tripped to & through quite a few). I'd love to meet someone I can include in my life and spend time with. I'm always up for something new with the right person.

First date, huh? Well, I'd prefer to start with something out on the town where I can get to know my date a little bit and have some intelligent conversation. I'm fairly laid back, so I'm open to suggestions. Going out for coffee or to a restaurant for some good Mexican or Chinese food is always a good start, maybe an art museum if you're up to it. After that, well, let's see how the evening goes--just not a movie. I love movies, but there's no chance to get to know someone staring at a big screen in the dark with 50 other people surrounding you with your feet stuck to the floor.
