...again. It's been a few years since I've done this, and thought it might be fun (?) to enter the internet dating arena again (that which doesn't kill us makes us stronger...:-) ).

I'm an active, social person, and enjoy spending time with friends and family (especially my nieces!). I tend to be a bit of an organizer and often get groups (co-workers, ex-coworkers, tennis friends, ...) together for a night out. I've made many good friends through involvement in various activities (tennis, volleyball, dragonboating (once and done)...), although I also enjoy more "sedate" activities as well (happy hours...dinners...quiet Friday nights with pizza, wine, a movie and a special someone...). I'm a very open, faithful, responsible, honest person, with a good sense of humor (I hope you can appreciate a bit of sarcasm).

I'm in search of an intelligent, active, fun-loving, kind man; someone who shares my values (at least most of them :- ))...someone who wants to spend most of his time with that special person in his life, but who also has his own interests and appreciates that I have mine...someone who is willing and able to share his thoughts and feelings...and someone who is realistic in his expectations, and has the ability to compromise without losing himself in the process. When it's right, and we're apart, we're looking forward to catching each other up on all the little details...

I generally prefer a shorter first date - meeting for drinks or coffee seems to work well. It seems that this gives us enough time to see if there's an interest/possible chemistry...and yet provides a fairly quick exit strategy if we're just not clicking :-)
