I have a passion for the world's wild places, nature, travel, for experiencing all that life has to offer. I love to laugh, to be silly, to share my deepest thoughts, to share those quietest of intimate moments when words are simply not needed. I think it's safe to say that I don't fit into the mould of the typical kiwi guy which may or may not be a good thing for you.

I've recently moved to back to NZ after a life of adventure overseas for many years which has been fantastic and I wouldn't ever regret those years, would do it all over again. But there is a hole in my life - my soulmate has eluded me so far.

It looks as if I will have to move away from Christchurch in the very near future, most likely to Wellington or Auckland - I'd be happy to hear from anyone up there too :)

I have plenty of romantic ideals about who I would like to find, but I would also be happy to meet and make friends ... see what develops from there without any pressure.



Those ideals? You are my lover, you are my best friend, my confidant, my partner in life's great adventure. You are the one who is by my side through good times and bad. We complete each other. We can say so much to each other which just a look, the curve of the mouth, the spark in our eyes that says I will always be with you, I love you without condition, with all my heart. You are there when I open my eyes in the morning, when I reach out and touch you at the days start, filling my new day with joy and happiness. You are there at the end of the day as we wrap ourselves around each other, drifting into contented bliss. You are the one I have waited all of my life for, to give my heart to. I would be the one to pick you up when you are down, to never take you for granted, to never let you feel that you are not the most important thing in my life.

I'd prefer to just meet without built-up expectations and pressure for anything beyond that. Go for a stroll on the beach or maybe meet in town over a couple of drinks somewhere low key for starters. If we click, like each other's company then we can take it from there.
