Ok, let's get down to it. I'm a video editor by trade, I'm a bit of a tree hugger, a musician for fun, and an amatuer photographer. I'm not really a city person, I only work there. It's nice to visit though. I much prefer the suburbs or a trip to the country. I love to hike and camp when I can. When it comes to travel I'm not into luxury or cruises. I prefer smaller places with local charm rather than cookie cutter resorts. I'm scared to death of flying but will get on a plane for a good trip. I drive an '89 VW Vanagon camper so if you're lookin' to cruise in style it will depend on your sense of style. I can be a bit of a loner at times but hold my own quite well with new people. I prefer a good time out with my oldest, closest friends. I'm quite impassioned, always being a clown, always looking for something new to sink my teeth into. I hate how we're killing the environment and how little the government seems to care about it. I love small places with great food, beers of the world, peace and quiet, prefer canoeing over kayaking, road bikes over mountain bikes, cats over dogs, all music from classical and world music to folk, rock, metal, jazz, and even doo wop. I play drums in a rock band and write my own songs on guitar that are jazz/folk influenced. It's important that my partner have some interest in music since it's an important part of my life and seeing live music is an experience that's better when it's shared.

She doesn't have to be a brainiac but she should be reasonably intelligent, interesting, have varied interests or at least the curiosity to try different things and have an adventurous spirit. A strong woman who's down to earth, who knows a load of crap when she sees it, can laugh at herself and the world, and can make me laugh. Let's attack life together!
