Hi, my name is Mary, its hard for me to say what I am looking for in a partner until I meet him. I'm not looking for Mr. Perfect, just someone whose perfect for me, that would include: A one woman man, I'm not the jealous type so I feel if I have to fight for your attention or affection its a waste of my time. I'm not into playing games and I appreciate total honesty and someone who is open with their feelings. I know sometimes the truth hurts, but finding out you've been lied to hurts much worse, and then theres the trust issues on top it.. I love being "in love", and feeling I'm loved in return with hugs, smiles and little special signs of affection and appreciation. I like to think of myself as easy going, I don't like drama or conflict. I'm a low maintainence kind of gal. T-shirts and blue jeans, but I clean up nice for special occasions. I will never leave you wondering, I am pretty upfront with what I'm thinking, and feeling. I'm not afraid to try new things and am always up for the challenge (except maybe for bungie jumping and skydiving). I like going to concerts,movies and outdoor events. I'd like to meet someone I can laugh with, learn from and share lifes experiences with. I've worked in public service for may years and find it easy to talk to almost anyone, any age range, and enjoy meeting new people. I have two wonderful children, my baby just turned 18 this year. My schedule allows be to be pretty flexible. Overall I think what I'm fishing for is someone I can call my "best friend".

My idea of the perfect first date is just getting to know each other a little bit. Sitting in a nice atmosphere where we can just talk and see if we ignite any sparks, after that we can discuss plans for a second date if the interest is there. If not then we still have the sense that its always nice to meet someone new and make new friends.
