I hate "coffee/blind dates" They are about as successfull as the time you put into them. You can't truly get to know a person in 30 seconds. I'm shy so it takes a while to get to know me. Really I am shy!! The best places I've ever met women at were at parties where I had a chance to get to know somebody before being "thrust upon them" one to one with no way out.

One lady's online profile suggested going the Zoo. Now that makes sense for a good first date. I've never been to the Zoo.
If all else fails, a walk at Confederation Park would be nice.



Something casual but nice if we are meeting for the first time . Start with meeting for coffee to see if we like each other then anything you like for the rest of the day or night.

I like live dinner theatre.
