I am an empty-nester, so it's time to move upward and onward! I am very easy-going, am NOT high maintenance, and can find humor in nearly every situation - eventually! I moved from a very small town and am ready to experience what the metroplex has to offer. I love anything musical, except rap and heavy metal, traveling, whether it be a day trip or longer, and festivals. I am learning to play golf. My instructor says I'm very good, but I'm guessing he says that to all his students If anything is at least semi-spur-of-the-moment, it's all good. My faith is very important to me, as I hope it is with you. I have two fabulous daughters with whom I am very close. I enjoy working in my yard, antiquing, concerts, Bass Hall, playing cards, and trying new things. I will be a fabulous encourager, a great friend, a great listener, but I won't be trying to change you - that was your mom's job

I like the typical meet-and-greet, but I actually think something like playing putt-putt, or something similar is fun. Of course restaurants and coffee houses are good. I'm not very good at bowling since I broke my shoulder years ago, but you would be assured of winning with me. Movies are nice, but it's a little harder getting to know each other.
