Been in Vancouver for about 6 mths now and I love this city. I've always had an adventurous spirit so it's nice to be a place that nurtures it finally. I love spending time just exploring places and meeting people. I enjoy good food, always try anything and often cook food in this random fashion.
So about me, I work as a carpenter, the things I do change from day to day so I love my job and am rarely bored at work. I take good care of myself with food and no exercise, I get more than enough during the day.
I'm big into reading, I love Tom Robbins, Paulo Coehlo and anything about any religion or philosophy. Few things I love more than a long conversation that seems like you're gonna figure out something huge about something simple, just by talking with someone who doesn't agree with you.
In my spare time I'm a huge music geek and love playing any instrument I can get my hands on, especially things that aren't supposed to be instruments. Some of the best jams I've had had no real instruments. Musically I'll listen to anything good, even in genres I don't usually listen to I'll find things I like, so I'm open really. Mostly I listen to rock, metal, jazz, funk, old blues. I'm partial to bands without real bands, but with music there's no real rule of taste, what's good is good. If I'm out I'll dance to anything. I was in and wrote for a comedy troupe for a short bit.

I also like to sit and relax, sleep, walk.

I like to see live bands, that's not a surprise. I love food and coffee and all the usual hangout stuff.. I'm still somewhat fresh to Vancouver so I'm excited for just about anything.
