Hello, I would like to meet someone who is down to earth, patient, funny, respectable, honest, who likes kids and animals. I want someone who I can just be myself around and vice versa. I am comfortable in jeans and a tee shirt since I work around animals a lot, but I don't mind getting dressed up should the occasion arise. I like all kinds of music, but if you ask me to name the artist you will most likely get a dumbfounded look. I have been a single Mom for ten years now and have hit the dating seen now and then, but find that most people are just trying to put on a show or are just looking for one thing. I want and need someone I can communicate with on a variey of subjects and we can agree or disagree on those topics. I rarely raise my voice unless I am giggley and hyper. I can be a motor mouth or I can not talk at all and just listen. I used to be a counselor ( sexual trauma), but now work more in the physical and occupational therapy department. I spend a lot of time with dogs due to the fact that I walk/babysit them. I am Catholic, but haven't been to mass in quite awhile. Yea, I admit it. I am looking for long term, but that obviously start with dating. If you want to know more..just ask away. I am not that shy. Okay, I think I have said enough. adding on here today 11-8-08: I feel I need to let you guys know that my daughter has some special needs so while I still want to date, finding the time can be difficult, so just be patient...I am.
