I'm an incorrigible combination of wide-eyed optimism and open-eyed cynicism. I'm rarely uncomfortable and almost impossible to offend. I’m opinionated, relatively speaking. I get excited about things. I like to understand and improve and figure out. I'd love to live in a beach house on some Island. I'm audaciously curious, sincere, serious, silly, gullible, neurotic, competent, open, daring, happy, hopeful. I can be emotional and overly cerebral, impulsive and impatient, and the most easygoing person you'll ever meet. I'm not afraid of making a fool of myself though I'm definitely not foolish. I'm smart and I'll make you laugh. A lot. Whether I intend to or not. I'm grateful for everything I've experienced, good or bad, and wouldn't give any of it back. I have more than my share of scars but think it's important and exciting to learn from them and plod onward, armed with a little more self-awareness and lots of willingness to laugh at myself as I trip along the way.

First date for me would be anywhere we both feel comfortable, maybe dinner at a nice restaurant or coffee, it does not matter as long as it is somewhere reasonably quiet. If we get through dinner and I meet your expectation, our next date I would recommend walking along the beach at night, the moon, the stars,a bottle of good chardonnay wine, a blanket,and good conversation, is the making of a romantic evening,
