My friends tell me I'm straight up. I believe in treating people the way I want to be treated. My children are my number one although I've allowed them to fly. I like my age and wouldn't go back if I could. I look forward to becoming a Grandmommy someday, I'm just not there yet! I have dined with Admirals and various dignitaries but I also appreciate spending time with those not as well off including the homeless and cannot say which I enjoy more. I just LIKE people for who they are and respect honesty. I am happiest in or near the water. The mountains, waterfalls, the ocean,all amaze me as does watching the sun rise. I am a morning person and a snuggler. I appreciate going to a nice restaurant and traveling. Cruising was nice but taught me that it is not where I am that matters as much as who is there to experience it with me. I adore the smell of a freshly showered man. I respect a person that can make decisions. Life is not about riding out the storm, it's about learning to dance in the rain...

I believe in "the look". That one where feelings are spoken without words and hope to have that someday. I am willing to take the time to get to know someone on the off
chance I get it all..........and I believe that I will. I have met and made some good friends from this site and am grateful.

First date: Although I like when someone cares enough to ask my opinion, I really appreciate when a man is willing to put forth the effort into choosing something he thinks I would like to do with him and has the where and when of it planned before he asks me....and that makes it a date!
