I'm a pretty down to earth family friendly person who is looking for an honest stable relationship with someone who is genuinely seeking the same. I've been on my own with my three kids for a few years but they have all now reached 18 and they don't need or want Dad looking over their shoulder any more. This means I finally have a little more “me” time.

Fortunately my weekends are generally free and I try to make the best of them. I like to go out for dinner , a show or a movie. I must confess that I’m not a big fan of pubs and clubs any more but I will still go anywhere if the company and the music is good. I don't mind the beach and getting away for the odd weekend up the coast or in the country. I like spending time with family and friends and still do the odd "guy thing" with my three sons if I can.

I occasionally have to work longer than normal hours during the week but will always reschedule work for dinner with the right person. I’m seeking a down to earth, family friendly lady for dating and a possible long term relationship. Someone who is confident and can stand on her own two feet in any social situation. Someone who still likes a little of their own space as I do but who also wants the comfort and security that comes with a close relationship. Please don't bother to contact me if you have ongoing pesky ex-partner issues, you are a liar or you are looking for a free ride. I am a very good judge of character and it definitely won't be happening.
