for fun:
I love to bake - mostly cookies and brownies. Just got an all edge brownie pan which I am playing with. I love watching movies - mostly sci-fi. Definite plus if you enjoy MST3K. I read when I can and love spending time with family and friends.

my job:
I am a microbiology lab tech. I test various products for various food bacteria. Confirmation testing for the company or certification agency, shelf life studies, etc. I enjoy the work and the people, what more can you ask.

my ethnicity:
Half French-Canadian and half Mexican; Well, not completely. I also have a bit of Cree and a bit of Irish in me.

my religion:
I don't have any set views on religion. It's more a blending of many religious views. Mainly, I just try to do the right thing and help those around me when I can.

my education:
Graduated from UC Davis with a BS in Microbiology. Trying to get into the Clinical Laboratory Sciences program at SJSU or a Master's program.

favorite hot spots:
I prefer little known places with a great atmosphere. In town I love Casa Orozco, downtown, and the new movie theatre. Show me yours and I'll show you mine :-)

favorite things:
Listening to music that fits my mood; I have a huge collection of music. Finding new great animes or foreign films. My family, my two cats, my computer, Wile E. Coyote, Cookie Monster, fixing computers, photoshoping, puzzles, games, Phoenix/Dragon, Dali, animals, thunderstorms, Weird Al

last read:
Currently reading through Asimov's books using his preferred reading order. I just finished "The Complete Robot," and "The Caves of Steel," and I'm now on "Naked Sun."

I am looking for someone to spend time with. Going out to dinner, shows, or just relaxing at home. I am always up for an adventure; if you want to expose yourself to avoidable danger I will be there right alongside. You should be open minded, self-confident, intelligent, sarcastic, and funny. I have a weakness for eyes, smiles, and hair; bonus points if you have them ;-)

As for myself, I am generally an introvert and it can take a bit for me to open up to others but it is worth the wait. I believe relationships build upon friendships and chemistry is very important. I'm looking for a serious relationship but if I make some friends along the way that would be great also. I would love to experience another's corner of the world while showing them mine.
