Before you read this you need to know: I am serious, I am not looking for a casual thing, I am not a player or stalker or any other type of mental case, I DO have my act together, I am NOT looking for my mother here, I am NOT needy, I am not bitter, I do NOT have a wacky ex, I am emotionally stable, I DO have the time for a solid relationship, I am great at trivial pursuit since I am a fountain of totally useless knowledge (just throwin that in there). Now, please continue reading and see if this fits you since we have that out of the way.

You were raised to be hardworking and have been instilled with solid values. You have made some great choices in your life, got an education, made some life long friends and have are surrounded with people the love you. You are intelligent, motivated and ambitous. You are easy going, not high maintenance and your friends think you are a riot. You have a style and a unique personality you can call your own. Your career is going well considering you gave your up a great deal of your social life for it. It's been a tough road. You are independant and self sufficient and like it that way.

You now find yourself with a nice place to live, surrounded by things you treasure and enjoy from your many travels. You have educated yourself to a great deal on other cultures you have encountered on your travels along the way. You love the beach or the mountains, just depends on the season. Autumn is one of your favorite times of year and the smell of burning leaves reminds you of your childhood which brings a smile to your face.

You have an affection for good wine and cuisine even though it was mac and cheese or meatloaf as the typical meal growing up...LOL but there nothing like a burger from Blackies once and a while. You have obtained a level of financial stabilty and security which now affords you the opportunity to do some things in life you did not think you would even be able to do.

You like to go out and enjoy yourself whether it be grilling at a friends house, taking in a new movie that everyone said was good, or bad just to see if they were telling the truth, or having dinner at that new place your heard about on Check Please. You like just to hang in too, with a bottle of wine and a good book in front of the fireplace on a cold January evening.

You like dressing up and always look good when you go to the office, but you also like to relax in a t-shirt and jeans when you get home or on the weekends. You know how hard it is to sometimes make the time to take care of yourself by going to the gym and be motivated to do it, but you do it anyway because it makes YOU feel better.

Your friends are all married or have significant others and try and set you up, but it would seem their taste is not yours. You still love spending time with them, but still in the end....you can't help but feel there is a piece missing.

Somedays you are so busy the thoughts hide away. Somedays it affects everything you do. It nags at you that something is not there. Your life is not quite complete even though you are very happy with it. It's not something you need, it's something you want. You want to share yourself, your life, your passion, your time, your experiences, your joy, your sorrow, your successes, your failures, your thoughts, your views.

You need to bring a lot to the table, because I do. If you don't have your act together or have a ton of issues I am probably not the guy for you. If you have posted a photo of your pet thats great, but it's really not about finding someone for your pet now is it? This is about you, not your animals. Profiles with photos only, and have some common courtesy and at least respond to emails. Don't be intimidated by the profile, drop me a line.

I am a believer of the short first date. Coffee or a drink is good. The second date is where it really gets interesting.
