I stated that I would write more so here it is:


I would like to make new aquaintances in which we oould spend time together and enjoy each others company, become friends with the opportunity for a long term relationship.

But I do have to say this- I am a Christian- a sinner saved only by the grace of God and I believe in the Word of God- it is the light unto my path, it is the mirror that I look into and it very often reveals my many shortcomings but it also reveals the many wonderful promises that God has given all who are in Christ. I do not like being alone and I would love to have a "helpmeet" as the Bible says, to join me in this journey of faith. My hope is not in myself and not in this site- if it is God's will, then God will place that special someone in my path. But I also believe that God is always working in the lives of His children- if you are in Christ,- your life, your circumstances are never random for "everything works for the good for those that love God, for those who are called according to His purpose." If you know Christ as your Savior, then you are called- for you have accepted the call from God and God does not desire that any perish- so He is knocking on the door of everyone's heart and God is ever working through all of your circumstances, both good and bad, even your failures- to bring about your good and His glory.

I have been single now for about 6 years and it has been tough and often my circumstances can overwhelm me. But whenever my circumstances do overwhelm me, I remember Who I believe in and what His Word promises and this always brings me the peace that passeth understanding and thus, I continue on in faith.

I do love the study of God's Word. I have been studying God's Word for many years and still do and also I completed a second degree last year and it was degree in Biblical Studies. I do have a passion for the Word of God. This may scare many off and not just those who are not Christians. Many Christian women have often told me that I am "too religious" for them. Well, I do not like being labeled as "too religious" for I believe the main focus of Christianity is not about religion, but rather it is all about a personal relationship with Christ as your Savior. Without a personal relationship to Christ, without trusting and knowing Christ as your Savior- all the religion, all the works, all the rituals, all the doctrines in the world will not save you or bring you peace. It is all about Christ and your relationship to Him- if one keeps their focus upon Christ, everything else will take care of itself.

Well, guess I talked alot about my faith and I do want to say that I am not self righteousness at all. For I have many shortcomings but God is still working on me and I have "hope in Christ in ALL things."

I do like meeting new people and although I love to discuss the deep meanigful issues of this life, I also love to enjoy life and love to laugh. But I would never marry anyone who was not a Christian for Christians are not to be "unequally yoked" and I definitively want a Christian marriage.


I am very active, like to keep physically fit, and maintain good health. Hope you will give me an opportunity to know you, at the least you will have made a very good friend. God bless you, and may all know the grace, the love and the peace of Jesus Christ and may all who are in Christ- continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord Christ.
