I work retail to pay the bills. Not the best job, but I have held it
for over 3 years. I am planning on culinary school ASAP. I do love
cooking! I LOVE grilling in the summer. I grill almost anything and
everything. Salmon, steak, shrimp, pineapple, peaches, bananas... the
list goes on and on. Hope you like food :) I watch a lot of Food
Network as well... Doesn't help with the cooking thing. Always find a
new ideas.
I love to read as well... More along the sci/fi and fantasy genre. I
also read biographies and what ever grabs my fancy. Just started
reading Ender's Game. Pretty good through about 3 chapters. Favorite
author is Kelley Armstrong. Look her up. Great stuff!

I love hockey! Baseball and football are great sports too, but hockey
is IT :) I play hockey and slow pitch softball to stay in shape. I'm
not buff, but I am not a string bean either. I hike and camp as well.
Would love to find an outdoors partner... I just discovered disc golf
this past summer and play whenever I can. My friends and I are
starting a league. I finally get to see how good I am. And for $$ too.

Bookstores are always a fun trip, though I usually spend more than I
intend to...

I love music too! Favorite bands are older rock. Led Zeppelin, the
Who, AC/DC(can't find the lightning bolt key XD ), Tom Petty, Stevie
Ray Vaughn... The list is pretty long. The theme is guitar music...
Guess what that means... That's right! I play guitar. I got my third
one for Christmas...

I too have a dog. What breed(s) are yours? I have a pembroke corgi
named Ottawa... Which leads me to... I love Canada! You get bonus
points if you have been to, you are one, or you want to travel there
with me. I go into restaurants and bars when I am bored and act
Canadian. I speak enough french to pass as a snooty Quebecois.
(Quirky, I know!)
