I am a young 62 year old, down to earth and with a great sense of humour. I get on well with people of all ages and culture. I believe in good old fashioned values. Not shy to show my feelings, am passionate, enjoy dancing, reading, movies, music, and cooking. I am loyal and honest, NOT demanding or domineering, just a happy person. Love to relax either reading or doing crosswords.

Enjoy watching rugby, hockey, tennis, movies, documentaries, action and cartoons with the grand-kids [good excuse to relax and have a laugh].

Although I enjoy my own company, it would be nice to have someone to share a coffee with, enjoy cuddles, kisses and laughter.

I worked with the Boy Scouts in South Auckland from 1988-1991, which was a very rewarding experience, we were fortunate to have land and sea experience. Learning to sail was a whole new experience for myself and most of the children. Due to work commitment I had to give up working with the boys & girls. I tried abseiling and rock climbing with them to rid my fear of heights. While it was fun, it didn't work as I still don't like heights.

I worked as a sample machinist and supervised a team of 30. A few years ago I changed direction, completed a Business Administration Course at 54 years old and now have a job I enjoy.

Since becoming a widow most of my time has been taken up with supporting my children who are now responsible adults and have families of their own. I now want to enjoy what is left of my years making happy memories with someone special.

I am looking for someone who has a good sense of humour and is nonjudgmental. Someone to share my life with, to laugh, chat, go places with, and it would be great if they were the same person.

A man who wants to wake up beside the same woman for the rest of his life, knowing she adores and loves him, and only him.

It all boils down to finding someone who will accept me for who I am, and will love and respect me as much as I would with him.
