Time for an update! I have been on here for 2 years and have met some wonderful men, just not that one special someone.

I'm looking for my best friend and more. Someone I can trust with my thoughts, my fears, my dreams and my heart. I try not to judge a person by the outside....looks fade, but the heart remains true. I'm looking for that special someone that at the end of the day, will make me laugh when I want to cry, and feel loved and protected wrapped in his loving arms. I need someone that will be open and share their thoughts and dreams with me as well. Communication is so important in a lasting relationship. I have been widowed for a couple of years now and believe in 'til death do us part'. I am ready to move on and feel that I have a lot to offer. I may not be a princess, but I can guarantee you that I am 100% real and I have a heart of gold that is overflowing and ready for that special man. I am a little old fashioned and still believe in holding hands, kissing, long walks, and talking through all of lifes ups and downs. I still crave that butterfly in the stomach feeling when talking to or seeing that special someone. I love to laugh (even if at myself), am sensitive, caring, and a giving, nurturing type of person. I was raised by two wonderful parents that believed in never going to bed mad at each other and I lived by that rule in my 20 years of marriage. I have a wonderful 19 year old daughter that currently lives with me and I enjoy spending time with. I need family and friends in my life constantly...for without them, I would not be the person I am today! I enjoy almost all types of music, going out to movies, going out to eat, or just staying home snuggled on the sofa in each others arms watching a movie or tv. I truly enjoy Sunday football! And baseball isn't too bad either...LOL
