So I’ve tried this a few times and still have yet to meet Ms. Right. I don’t give up easy!

To start us out, here are a few things that I must have in a partner (I‘m trying to be honest here, so my apologies if this seems rude);

1. Physically fit. I work out at least 3 days a week and eat the best as my schedule permits. I’m not perfection (yet), but I am seeking someone that’s my equal here.

2. NO DRAMA! I prefer it on the afternoon soaps. I love my simple life and want to share it with someone.

So you have made it this far! Congrats! Now I owe it to you to tell you some things about me.

I own my own business. My work is my passion. I love what I do and find it hard to think people pay me for it (but I let them…lol).

I will not turn you into a pre-season, season, post season or playoff widow. For any sports as I don’t watch them. I’ve been known from time to time to hit a UT game, but I don’t make a career out of it. However, with the right person, I could turn into an awesome tailgater!

I am the proud father of an amazing young woman. I’m not looking for a new mother for her; just someone that will help me nurture and encourage her into what she can become . I have a great relationship with her mother and you would never have to worry about ‘his crazy ex’.

Love to work with my hands; home repairs, gardening, etc. I can fix plumbing, electrical, most wood and metal related issues with a minimal amount of blood loss. I usually read the instructions....usually. Equipped with a full array of tools (or looking for an excuse for a new one). I’m self taught in the following areas; auto body paint and repair, upholstery, remodeling, stereo / home theater setup and use, decorating (without the use of Nascar posters or beer signs), any many, many others. But wait! There’s more!

I do enjoy electronics. Home theater…my iPhone (textaholic)….gadgets.

Music too. Love it live.

I enjoy cooking. I’m hoping to get into the next batch of night classes at UT to step it up a notch. I have a low-fat meatloaf that kids actually request. As we are aware, there is a rumor going around that guy = grill master. I’m afraid it’s true. Quality grill and implements included.

I have traveled across most of the US and to both Asia, Europe, and the Bahamas. I have great friends all over the US and am always looking for an excuse for a plane or car ride.

My idea of a first date could be anything from a simple meetup for coffee all the way to something the might require bail money. Just depends on the connection.

Ladies...might I make a polite suggestion? I've talked to several men that have tried the online thing. When a guy fails to get a response, he automatically thinks that either the dating site is bogus, or you are a ****. Please, do a 'copy and paste' "no thank you" note of some sort. I always tell the guys to respond in kind as well. It IS a two way street! Thank you.
