As I grow in age, I value women over 40 most of all. Here are just a few reasons why:

A woman over 40 will never wake you in the middle of the night and ask, 'What are you thinking?' She doesn't care what you think.

If a woman over 40 doesn't want to watch the game, she doesn't sit around whining about it. She does something she wants to do, and it's usually more interesting.

Women over 40 are dignified. They seldom have a screaming match with you at the opera or in the middle of an expensive restaurant. Of course, if you deserve it, they won't hesitate to shoot you if they think they can get away with it.

Older women are generous with praise, often undeserved. They know what it's like to be unappreciated.

Women get psychic as they age. You never have to confess your sins to a woman over 40.

Once you get past a wrinkle or two, a woman over 40 is far sexier than her younger counterpart.

Older women are forthright and honest. They'l l tell you right off that you are a jerk if you are acting like one. You don't ever have to wonder where you stand with her.

Yes, ! we praise women over 40 for a multitude of reasons. Unfortunately, it's not reciprocal. For every stunning, smart, well-coiffed, hot woman over 40, there is a bald, paunchy relic in yellow pants making a fool of himself with some 22-year old waitress. Ladies, I apologize. For all those men who say, 'Why buy the cow when you can get the milk for free?', here's an update for you. Nowadays 80% of women are against marriage. Why? Because women realize it's not worth buying an entire pig just to get a little sausage!

My story...

I believe in being introduced to people on-line. It saves time and introduces people who would otherwise never connect. Don’t expect too much from Match. It still takes old-fashion romance to be successful. The kind that our parents and grandparents used when they met.

You might like one’s photo and profile/writing. But you have meet them, look across a table into their eyes and be yourself with them. That’s where the rubber meets the road. I can tell within 3 minutes of meeting someone if there is any chance of a romance between us. You know what I mean. Either it’s there or it’s not.


I’m honest, have impeccable integrity, and my word is my contract. Raised in Michigan and Illinois in a large Irish-Italian family (7 kids). Lotsa "hand-me-downs". I have the "Midwest work ethic" and believe in working for what you want. My first job was as a paperboy in 5th grade in Detroit. Delivering the Sunday morning paper in the winter was brutal. I think I earned $10 a month!! I put myself through college and earned every nickel I have. I'm in Grad school currently earning my MBA. I have 2 children, (daughter 12 and son 13) I see often.

The weirdo chasing the girl around the school playground is my daughter and me 3 years ago. I love to surprise and tease my kids! Acting like a teenager keeps me young and strengthens my bond with my kids.


I’m loyal to friends and like to meet others. I like to laugh and make others laugh. I love intense passionate things, like the way Humphrey Bogart looked at Ingrid Bergman in "Casablanca". The eyes said it all!! (I was in Spain years ago, and decided to go to Casablanca and look for Rick's Cafe. Found it!! I enjoy live entertainment including sports, concerts/theater, symphony, opera, and ballet. I've seen a range of performers from The Allman Brothers, Willie Nelson and Tina Turner to Andrea Bocelli, the Kirov Ballet and Luciano Pavarotti.

I like to travel. I have visited 30 countries on 5 continents. Asia, Europe, Africa, Austrailia and N. America. Viewing Michelangelo’s "David", strolling amongst ancient Roman ruins, or chasing sand crabs down the beach in Fiji are favorite memories. Been scuba diving and skydiving. I actually swam with a shark in Fiji (while scuba diving). That was scary. I prefer to meet someone in the east bay.

I play tennis 4-5 times a week and eat healthy.

Anything that allows me to listen to you so I can fully understand you, your interests, desires, fears, goals and what makes you happy. I have an office in San Jose, San Francisco and Pleasanton, so I visit these offices monthly.
