A little bit about me....hmmmm. Well, to start, I currently work as a nurse in a local hospital. I enjoy the field of healthcare a lot and so have worked one area or another most of my adult life. I don't have a ton of spare time in my life, but when I get a chance I do enjoy sitting down with a good book or watching a movie. I am a single mom of one boy age 8, so if that scares you off...we weren't compatible anyway. I am not the biggest sports fan, but I have learned to deal seeing as my son loves them. I do enjoy outdoor activities though I am more of an indoor girl when possible. That said, the zoo is one of my favorite places to take my son. Go figure. I love animals and children and so both are a big part of my life. I would have been a veterinarian, but I really don't like school that much. :) There isn't a whole lot mysterious about me. I don't see a point in pretending to be someone I am not. I feel honesty is number one in any relationship, even if it is only friendship. I am a friendly person and I don't like being around rude people. It has amazed me how many rude people there are in the world. A smile, a laugh...all things that go a long way in my world. I'm not perfect and I don't think it is fair to expect that of someone else. Therefore, if you have flaws, welcome to the human race. The only thing that I ask is that you are honest about them from the beginning. After all, if we can't deal with each other's flaws, then we really aren't meant to be anyway.
