I am a recent (just over 2 years) widow. I lived all my life in South FL but moved to East TN (east of Knoxville) a year and a half ago to start fresh. I work for an hourly wage at a grocery store (chain) I live with my grown daughter and her husband or they with me (we are all on the lease) I am looking for someone to cuddle with on cool nights, watch similar shows that I like, all the CSI shows, Bones, House, Till Death, happily unmarried, pushing up daisies, ER just to name a few and I TIVO all of them as I work till 9 get home about 9 30 to wake the "kids" so they can go to there night jobs so by the time I can settle down it is after 10. As I sit watching I sometimes wish there was someone to cuddle up with and watch with me. We don't have sit down meals as we are almost never awake (them) or home (me) at meal times. I miss having someone to go to movies with. My daughter and her hubby take me along to see movies with them but it is not the same. I like to go out to restaurants not eat fast food all the time. I do a lot of needle work, like knitting, croacting (I know I really mispelled this one), latch hook, sewing, garden, read, cook.

The first date would most likely be at a restaurant where we can find out about each other not at Burger King or Wendy's as they are to fast paced to relax.
