As an incurable romantic, I have managed to make sure that my residences have had at least one fireplace or at the very least, the illusion of one with candle-lit rooms. The atmosphere created by the crackling and smells of a warm fire, puncutated by the tinkling of glasses filled with the beverage of the womans choice, creates an ambience of its own, bringing warmth, comfort and companionship.

I enjoy going out and sharing a bite to eat for brunch, dinner in a local establishment, or whisked away into the rural areas on a day trip with a like-minded partner exploring the tapestry that the environment weaves, with a stop or two to smell the coffee over a delicious meal. I am a fairly good cook and with as much assistance or “guidance” from a lady that she desires, we could even prepare our own home made culinary delights to enjoy by the fire.

I would be proud to offer my arm (or hand) to a lady who enjoys a bit of escapism whether it is sharing the tunes as dancers or sharing the music of mother nature outdoors exploring the countryside, visiting antique shops, auctions or country fairs. The fall fairs are up and running and they offer so much to tingle the senses.

The journey of life with a partner, should be a combined experience with both travellers slowly building quality memories along the route. I would be interested in either reading and/or hearing your thoughts on the many avenues (or roads) we could adventure together. It is now time for us.

This initial contact should be in a setting comfortable for both parties from an outdoor patio (if the weather is kind) to a high-backed booth (close to a fireplace if possible) in a relaxing restaurant.

The warmth from the conversation of two kindred spirits discovering each other, adds to the taste of the bites of food, refreshment from a coffee, or a beverage of the ladies choice.
