Will most probably be moving to Cowichan Bay soon. Another area of life that has changed. Search may be on hold for a while.

Hoping to meet someone who is honest and genuine. I am affectionate, open and spontaneous, real and not high maintenance. LOL. Jewellery and "Label" Clothes etc. don't mean a thing to me but a trip to Butchart's or a great Garden Centre or Garden Attraction, that would make me melt.!!
I like holding hands whilst walking, giving kisses for no reason except I want to and hope you do too. Nothing better than showing your affection in the many numerous ways to do so.



I am semi-retired, I work part time now and enjoy a long weekend every week!! It is great to have that freedom to do what you want to without working all day every day. Mind you I will not be getting rich quick but then life is not about getting rich but about having moments that are enriched. Quality of life is better than quantity though I do hope to have a long life LOL. Peace of mind and spontaneous trips around town and the Islands are wonderful.

I like listening to lots of different music: Easy listening, jazz, opera, 40's, 50's, 60's, Michael Buble, Paul Potts,Il Divo, Russell Watson, Daniel O'Donnell,Roy Orbison, Celtic Thunder, Celtic Woman. Not one for sitting on the couch watching the TV unless it is a Do It Yourself home improvement show or a great documentary. I like to read,garden extensively- love planting seeds and seeing the plants grow, cook, walk, sightsee,road trips, enjoy flea markets and swap and shops, antique stores,weekends away, museums.

Not into tent camping - too sweet for the woods - the bugs love me. However in a camper no problem. Would like to learn to kayak. Tried roller blading - LOL, let's just say the road is safe from me. Took the Motorcycle Safety Course and passed. Totalled the motorscooter the first 4 hours I had it. I forgot to keep the rubber side down!! However, I recovered and went on to try again. I got another one and have had this one for nearly 2 years now and am loving every minute of it.
