I have moved kinda far away from all my friends/family to a new city for my first job out of graduate school at Ohio State. I love my new job as an R&D Engineer for a green energy conversion company. It has been great turning a new page in my life completely on my own. I have found that the folks in Pitt are quite welcoming, and I have made some good friends.

Just dating to have some laid back fun, but certainly keeping an eye out for somebody unique. I like a good imagination and a "cutesy" vibe, but at the same time a girl doesn't always have to act like a "proper lady". I think a woman that knows how to make the right kind of eye contact is magical. To me, those kinds of things are quite attractive. Oh, and a girl that is into sports, physical activity, outdoorsy stuff, etc is a plus.

I am determined to learn French and become one of the expert engineers at my company. Before the end of 2009, I plan to try skydiving. I hold personal ethics in high regard, and a big part of my life's philosophy is respect for all people no matter their social standing. I have a knack for wisecracks and hilarious observations, but I try to avoid going overboard. I use each day to improve my life in some way, and I observe/confront my shortcomings whether they be social, physical, etc. I try to balance a sort of badass honesty with a mature sense of etiquette. If you have seen the movie "I Love You Man", think of a personality merger between Sidney and Peter. I do my own thing, but I also listen to my closest friends/family for advice.
