I would have to describe myself as a confident, considerate, gentle, love to smile and laugh, kinda of guy. I’m a good listener when you’ve had a hard day and just need somebody to vent to. I have a out going personality, but still prefer smaller settings, but feel very comfortable talking to anybody, but I don’t really like the bar scene to meet people.

On weekends, a prefect day would start with coffee and the newspaper out by the pool. Maybe some yard work to get the hands dirty, a dip in the pool to cool off, then a nice ride out into the country or mountains on the motorcycle or in the vette with the top off. I really like day trips topped off with a nice dinner, could be just sandwiches, crabs and beer by the pool, or dressing up for wine/beer and steak/seafood.

I have a very rewarding job. I work in Frederick at a vaccine pilot plant. Where I put your tax dollars to good use making clinical vaccines for the gov’t. We make vaccines for H1N1, HIV, Ebola, SARS, the bird flu, the regular flu and the zoo flu (ask me about this one). You know you love your job when the weekend is still too short but you can still smile on Monday mornings.

What I am not looking for in a partner: some one to clean my house (I got a cleaning lady who does that), some one to cook for me (I’ve been cooking for the family for over 15 yrs), however it would be nice to have some help every now and than, but if you want to fix me something great, I’d like to help. And if you only have one night a week to share, that’s not enough to build the kind of relationship I’m looking for.

What I am looking for, this is easy to say, but actually hard to find. Looking for a down to earth genuine woman that is comfortable with herself, her family and her ex, somebody who is emotionally ready for a nice relationship with a gentleman (a man who still likes to open doors for a lady and tell her that she looks nice, and gives you flowers just for the hell of it). If you look good with your hair pulled back and sweat running down your face and your hands dirty from doing yard work and you can clean up in less than 45 minutes or faster than me to go out to a nice restaurant, you are scoring extra points.

I have time put aside to spend with a nice lady, my 16 yr old daughter has her own friends now and doesn’t need as much of my time. I love kids (including mine when she isn’t being a typical 16 yr old grown up). I have coached my stepson’s and daughter’s baseball and soccer teams (really liked the kids, but the parents are PIAs).
