I guess we're all looking for that elusive "chemistry" that cannot be put into words as we'll know if we click. So, here is my "wish list" and a bit about me.

My ideal partner should be kind and outgoing. I don't believe in perfection (I'm not), but qualities I admire include intelligence, great sense of humor, spontaneity and a positive attitude. We would share interests if we are to spend time together, yet also have our own, so we do not rely exclusively on each other for fulfillment. I am independent and admire independence based on mutual trust, respect and honesty. My partner should be open-minded. Having strong opinions is commendable, but respecting others' is important.

There is more to life than career. Although we have both achieved success, no need to take ourselves too seriously! My partner should be attentive to his physical appearance and take care of his health. The chemistry we share would set any place on fire! My expectations may seem extravagant, but I hold the same standards for myself.

I am loyal and direct and you'll always know where you stand with me. I have good morality and values and tend to think "out of the box". I am both intellectual and creative. I enjoy great books, food, sports, art and cinema and am constantly striving to learn more and to challenge myself. Traveling and music are my passions. I have traveled a lot and have friends and family all over the world and would do anything for them.

I am told I am very attractive and look younger than my age,(that is a value judgment) but while I am confident, I am definitely not vain. I take care of myself by working out (a necessary evil) and having a balanced diet. But sometimes, good habits are meant to be broken too, as life is too short not to enjoy its pleasures!

At this point in my life, I am very selective, but hope you are out there!

It is not so much the place or activity that is important on the first date, but the opportunity to meet and talk to get to know each other a little to assess if there should be a second date (mutual decision of course). It goes without saying that physical attraction should be present.
