UPDATE November 2009 - Hi all, sorry but I'll have to revise this at a later stage as I'm currently touring Europe after a year of working for a law firm in London. I can log on sometimes if the hotel or hostel has a computer with access but that's not always a given, particularly in eastern europe. Yes, I may be a bit old for this, but for the stretches when I'm traveling alone I figured it would be more social, so I'm giving backpacking a go! Although I had no idea how heavy hair straighteners, MAC and moisturizer could be and have yet to actually CARRY my wheely rucksack :-)

I had a profile up while I was living in the UK but at the time I was really only interested in meeting new friends and travel partners, so now I need to give some thought to what I'm looking for when I return! So happy to be coming home to Vancouver in December, just in time to share a white Christmas with my family at our cabin near Chilliwack Lake. In January I'll be back working downtown and studying part-time in the evenings but I could use a charming, outgoing man to show me how the city's changed in my absence ;-)

PS The pics are somewhat misleading. I'm not a huge partier anymore but it's the only time anyone seems to have a camera! Plenty of shots of scenery from Florence and Prague, or covered head to toe while in Egypt, but really, isn't that just showing off? lol

This has got to be the most ridiculous question ever lol. Shouldn't people meet first then decide if a date is warranted?
