I'm an easy going, no nonsense guy looking for conversation, and friends, anything beyond that depends on how the conversations and the friendship thing goes. I'm open to possibility, but I'm not looking for anything specific.

I like meaningful, and deep conversations about politics, religion, world events, and other topics that require some thought. I can also be silly, and not everything has to be 'serious'. I prefer a woman who is shorter than I am. Of course physical chemistry is a must, and it usually starts there, but personality is equally important.

I'm in reasonably good shape; I enjoy surfing, running, biking, the gym, and skiing. I like watch UFC, those guys really earn their money.

I love music, and I listen to a variety of genres. To rhyme off a few: Pink Floyd, Pearl Jam, Sublime, Tool, A Perfect Circle, Puscifer, Jane's Addiction, Staind, Linken Park, Buck Cherry, The Offspring, REM, Hoobastank, Our Lady Piece, The Hip, RHCP...I could fill the screen with others, but essentially Alternative, and Rock works for me.

I like being outside, in the wilderness, in the ocean, hiking, camping, or taking my dog for a walk. I also like great resturants, fine foods, live theatre, live music, intellectual conversations, and learning new things (in a museum, or up to my neck in muck, as long as it is interesting/fun)

I'm very open-minded, and I'm up for pretty much anything, be it a trek in the woods or a full blown camping trip, dog walking, a trip to the beach, a bike ride, a concert, getting together with friends. As long as smiles and laughs result, I'm up for it.

I'm also a hedonist (a moral one), good times, thrills and chills; I like positive emotions and things that engage the body and brain.
