Well, no one thought my fish story was funny (see below). So I guess I will talk about the things suggested above. My hobbies are listed above under interests, for the most part. I like to be playful and silly - I don't have baggage or drama. I enjoy taking care of my body, my family, pets, home and property . Cooking from the garden is delicious and healthy (especially with that special someone). Sharing my home with dog, cat, and guests is fun. It's nice to cuddle up with a sweetie and watch a good (indie, foreign, human interest, standup comedian, historical or ...) movie in the evening. I like walking but dancing is better. I like to do portraits - currently exploring colored pencils. I am also learning to play pool and really enjoying it - more eye-hand coordination stuff. Although I'm not very good at it (yet) I play in some tournaments and enjoy the social ambience and fun competition.

I was raised in the NYC area, studied Visual Arts and Education. I taught students from preschool to college in Dance, Art, Drama, Special Education, Regular Ed. I've lived in Mexico (3 years) Australia (1) and Germany (1) which allowed me to get involved with those cultures and forever colored my point of view.

Fish Story: I noticed that lots of people I 'viewed' chose Dolphin for their Fish Personality. I had chosen Dolphin, also, truly loving them after spending about 2 months on the Pacific Ocean sailing between the U.S. and Australia (long ago) and being a playful, leaping type person. Upon rereading the list I chose Barracuda because it's funny.... (I mean, who chooses it, ever? Eel? Suckerfish? Bottom Feeder?) I suppose there have been times when I've been a barracuda - going after my goal with great concentration and energy but I think I'm more of a Jelly Fish. It's the movement and the flow which reflects a lifetime of interest in dance, art, beauty, music, synergy, ensemble, celebration.... (Is this getting a little fishy.... )

I'd like to swim with a male fish that flows through the waters seeking out fun currents and beautiful reefs. He'd probably lean toward the left and circle the buried treasures and sunken ships. I think it would be fun to hook up with a writerfish (octopi have ink and imagine the massage!) and do something creative - cartoons, illustrate poems, stories, artsy/wordy play. Or not. I like all kinds of fish - and like to do different things - haven't golfed yet, or gone RVing.... so many things to do.... If the tides seem right throw me a line.



My goal now is to swim with maybe a Clownfish (Seahorse, Turtle, Octopus - whoo) where we'd surf the waves and share adventures of all sorts on this amazing planet.

After some introductory communications, we'd decide on something comfortable... fun....adventuresome perhaps.
