I live somewhat in the country, but am in no way a country girl. It's funny how having a son in hockey somehow makes you a hockey mom, but what can I say, you just can't beat the arena's hot chocolate!

I'm a dietitian that loves salt, an expert in the many different forms of available breaded chicken, I have my masters but can be a goof and have a soft spot for big teddy bears.
