I live in the country, work entirely too much and like to have fun. I have a daughter in college. I am not a liberal but am a democrat. In other words, I believe global warming is for real and that having health care won't kill you. I listen to the blues, NPR and watch Jon Stewart so please, no Republicans. I dated a Republican once; it wasn't fun. At least the political talk wasn't.

I like to race and cruise sailboats, fly, make and drink wine, ski, landscape my house and do whatever interests me. I am NOT a hippie but I am interested in food without chemicals and wind and solar energy. I am outside in the summer and like Mexico in the winter. I don't get enough excercise but am changing that.

I attend church but they don't know I'm a democrat. I would like to meet somebody nice but, what the heck, life is short, I will also date someone on the rebound or somebody who needs their self esteem rebuilt. But not way overweight. Sense of humor is a must, or at least the ability to pretend what I say is funny. I gotta draw the line somewhere.

Dinner and a movie, drinks. Look softly into your eyes and lie about myself.
