Hello, and thanks for reading my profile.

Educated, open-minded, articulate guy hoping to find a woman who would like to go out on dates. Enjoy kissing and hugging, good conversation, reading up on current events, movies, and I'm a good listener. I'm semi-retired, and keep myself busy with two part-time jobs: an accounting job at a small company (work 1 or 2 days a week), and also do some substitute teaching for one of the local school districts.

In my free time I enjoy sports, movies, reading about current events, intelligent conversation, talking with & seeing good friends and family, playing with my train set/race car set, and spoiling my two cats.

I have cerebral palsy (want to be up front about that) but am physically independent; do my own shopping, drive a car, keep myself and the pets reasonably well fed, etc. Since the "disability" was thrust upon me at birth, I have strived to be as independent as possible and most of the time I tend to see the humor life has to offer us.

There are times when I do need help, but it’s usually help with little things, i.e., changing ceiling light bulbs, sweeping out the garage, removing items from top shelves (it's good to have tall friends!), that kind of stuff.

As I say, it’s not the big things you need help with when you’re handicapped, it’s the little things.

Spent my younger days earning three college degrees (AA in accounting, BA in journalism, and a masters degree in business admin.), my car’s paid for, the bills are paid, and I feel good at the age of 54.

Don’t really enjoy going out to bars and night clubs, I’m more of a homebody. So, don’t date much but it would be great to find a good woman to spend some time with.
